This page explains what information Global Beyond LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through globalbeyondllc.com, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it to match exactly what this website does — nothing more.
Information we collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to give us: your name, and an email address and/or phone number, and the message you write, when you submit the contact form on this site.
This site does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of visitors. The one thing your browser stores locally is a small technical flag that remembers you already chose a language, so you are not redirected twice in the same visit; it contains no personal information and is not sent to us.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you — about the catalog, an order, or whatever you wrote to us about. We do not use it for marketing, do not build mailing lists from it, and do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Submitting the form sends your message to us by email through Resend, the service that delivers it to our inbox. Resend processes the message only to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram instead of the form, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's and Instagram's own privacy practices, not this one — those are Meta products and we do not control how they handle data on their platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and, where relevant, to keep a record of an order or request. We do not have an automated retention schedule yet; if you would like your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — write to us through the contact form or WhatsApp and we will handle it personally, usually within a business day.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking retail or wholesale products, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
