Shipping
We arrange shipping with carriers. The times we give you are estimates. They depend on the carrier, the destination and customs.
Before we quote, we confirm whether we can ship to your country.
Taxes and customs in the destination country
The buyer pays the charges of the destination country, unless the quote says otherwise.
If it arrives damaged
Write to us with photos as soon as you receive the package. We review the case with you.
Refunds and returns
We handle each refund or return case by case. They depend on the policies of the supplier and the carrier.
